To raise civil engineers who are qualified, socially responsible and who makes self-learning and professional development into a rule and who can work in national and international cooperations, can conduct interdisciplinary project studies, can contribute through postgraduate studies or scientific research activities, will be successful at national and international level through university-industry collaborations.

Our Education Objectives:

Our objectives as IKU Department of Civil Engineering are to raise engineers who;
 

• Can continue their graduate education abroad or in domestic borders, 
• Can attend the professional activities and education, who can develop self-learning, 
• Can work both in international and/or national cooperations and state institutions and organizations.
